Will my PDF be uploaded to your servers?

No. The conversion runs in JavaScript inside your browser. Your PDF never leaves your device.

Does it support password-protected PDFs?

Yes. You type the password into a local prompt; we decrypt the PDF in memory and discard everything when you close the tab.

What output do I get?

A standard .xlsx file with two sheets: Transactions (one row per transaction with Date, Description, Category, Direction, Amount, Currency) and Summary (totals by category plus grand totals).

Will the file open in Excel, Numbers, and Google Sheets?

Yes. It is a standard Excel 2007+ workbook — opens in any modern spreadsheet app.

My PDF parsed poorly. What can I do?

Bank PDF layouts vary a lot. If yours has multi-line transactions or unusual formatting, the parser may extract only some rows. The safe fix: export your statement as CSV, Excel, or OFX from your bank's online banking — those formats are structured and parse cleanly for every bank.
