Will my CSV’s column names be recognized?

Usually, yes — common header variants ("Transaction Date", "Details", "Paid In", "Withdrawn", "Amount" and many more) are matched automatically. When a header is not recognized, a manual column mapper lets you point at the date, description, and amount columns yourself.

Which tools accept the OFX output?

The file follows the OFX 2.1 specification and every export is round-trip verified: what we write, our own parser reads back identically. QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave, and GnuCash accept spec-compliant OFX; QuickBooks Desktop wants IIF instead.

My CSV is European — semicolons, amounts like 1.500,00.

Auto-detected, file by file. The delimiter is sniffed from the rows, and a file that proves decimal-comma amounts is parsed that way; ambiguous files stay conservative rather than guessing.
